Fanglasstic Commissions brings an added touch of personalization to a gift or a design that is one of a kind and tailored to your desires and specifications. Commissioned work requires trust between both parties. For clarity here is how we at Fanglasstic handle commissions:
After an agreement has been reached concerning the scope of the project Fanglasstic artists will provide a digital mock up of the commission if necessary. After the digital mockup has been approved the depoist for the project is payable. After receipt of the deposit physical work on the project will commence.
If the customer wishes to cancel the project after work has already started they forfeit any refund of the deposit. At the discretion of Fanglasstic partial deposit may be returned depending on the amount of work that has already been done
During the commission briefing process payment terms will be discussed. Once the agreement has been signed by both parties the terms must be adhered to.
No commissioned work will be shipped or delivered before the full payment as agreed upon.
During the commission briefing process deadlines and completion projections will be discussed
Fanglasstic will endeavour to honor deadlines as far as we are capable, and Fanglasstic will keep the client informed of delays as they occur.
Fanglasstic cannot guarantee completion of a project by the deadline as unforeseen event might impact the process.
In time sensitive cases partial or full deposit may be eligible for refund if the dealine isn't met.
Before the physical commencement of a commission the client will be sent a digital mockup for approval of the concept.
The digital mockup does not represent the final product. Colors, dimensions and other factors may be different from the mockup in the finished product. We will do our best to clearly convey concepts and designs to the client
The client is entitled to three revisions of the digital mockup
Fanglasstic will either produce another mockup or detail why the alterations won't be possible.
Further revisions after the third will be charged at R150 per revision.
