You may get a full refund if:
a) the product arrives broken.
b) the product is deemed to be faulty.
If the product arrives broken, please take a picture immediately and e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 2 days of receiving the product. Attach the picture of the broken item along with your order details & personal information and we will either refund you the money or ship another one out to you as soon as possible.
If you believe the product to be faulty, e-mail us at email@example.com with a picture and description of why the product is faulty. We will go over your description carefully, and if we also deem the product to be faulty, then we will either refund you the money or ship another one out to you as soon as possible.
Returns and Exchanges
We do not offer online returns or exchanges.
However, if you would like to exchange a product and the product is unbroken/undamaged, then you may return it in person within 14 days at our Factory Shop in Paarl for another item of the same value or less. Be sure to bring your order details and/or proof of purchase so we can verify the product.
Customized Items and Commission that did not arrive broken or faulty will not be exchanged.
